Through their individual experiences in law, consulting, and banking, Evisort’s leaders understand the need to revolutionize how contract management and data extraction takes place. Backed by Microsoft’s M12 ventures and other notable Silicon Valley VC firms, Evisort is quickly growing as a strong player in the AI space. Over the last year, they have increased their team by 2x, and moved into their third office space to accommodate their immense growth.

Website Design Overview

A new website was the basis for incredible success, blowing away previous website metrics.

Single Origin worked with Evisort to establish a new direction for their updated website. Our primary goal was to ensure a high level of performance and conversion focus, while also building a refined, modern aesthetic which would be an evolution of the existing brand. Evisort leveraged our years of experience in programmatic and web design to inform improved hierarchy, navigation structure, and page structure. Our team not only developed page by page wireframes for the entirety of the site, but also a website navigational flow map to help Evisort envision the new site.

Through extensive research around Evisort’s competition and working directly with key stakeholders, our team was able to clearly articulate Evisort’s technology, their vision, and company values while also using a combination of video and new content to speak to end-user pain points. Our team was able to produce the new website with updated copy and entirely new structure in 90 days from start to finish.

Conversion rate improved by 4300% while average session duration almost doubled.

Overall, our teams were both incredibly satisfied with the long term results of the website redesign. Evisort saw an incredible improvement in all metrics – most notably the quality of interactions increased drastically. Visitor bounce rate decreased by 20%, while average session duration increased by almost 100% – from 30 seconds to 1 minute. New users to the site increased by almost 75%, and on average, visitors saw 40% more pages during their visit.

Paid Campaign Premise

Increase inbound leads while establishing a predictable cost per demo request, while tracking ROAS.

Prior to engaging with Single Origin, Evisort’s inbound lead strategy was primarily centered around public relations and organic traffic to its website. But this proved inconsistent and the company wanted to create a steady stream of leads for a predictable cost utilizing paid digital advertising. Our team executed a digital plumbing sprint on Evisort’s new website, focused on supporting an omni-channel digital marketing strategy. Through Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Ads, we created multiple sets of copy and multiple bespoke sets of creative specific to each platform. These ads were integrated into a dynamic call tracking system, as well as Evisort’s CRM – Hubspot. Through their CRM, they could visually track the effectiveness of campaigns and dig deeper into lead sources.

Paid Campaign Results

Single Origin nearly doubled Evisort’s inbound leads and generated over $1m in pipeline value.

In just one quarter of paid campaigns (Q3 compared to Q4), we were able to nearly double Evisort’s inbound leads from 71 to 139. The pipeline value of those leads, through various stages of completion, was over $1 million. In addition to the $1 million in pipeline value, Single Origin’s campaigns directly generated 5 figures in closed revenue during this period, for an amazing 127% ROAS. Here are some of the results across various channels:
