Simply Measured was named a 2015 Inc. 500 fastest growing company and employed more than 130 employees in their Seattle, Washington headquarters. Simply Measured was purchased by Sprout Social in 2017.

Campaign Premise

Single Origin crafted a comprehensive multi-channel program aimed to increase software sales.

Simply Measured needed help scaling their marketing initiatives to meet their exponential growth. Single Origin was brought in to provide a comprehensive, multi-channel approach which was aimed at increasing leads and sales, as well as establishing the brand as an industry leader in the social analytics and reporting space. A tertiary objective was to convert free platform users into paid subscribers through increasing awareness around platform advantages.

The Single Origin team developed page and product level segmentation in order to run highly targeted retargeting programs. Throughout the course of the year long engagement, we tested multiple landing page designs, optimizing based off conversion data from the campaigns. Our ad-ops team rigorously A/B tested ad concepts, especially those on top-of-funnel branding campaigns, and provided direction on future programs.

Campaign Results

Simply Measured realized a 15% improvement over previous in-house campaigns.

With over 10 million ad impressions served, our team was proud to achieve an 80% view-ability rate or higher on average. This meant that over 80% of ads served were above-the-fold and in prime engagement spots. In addition to the strategy, execution, and management, Single Origin completed over 20 unique creative sets for A/B testing. By the completion of the campaign, we had surpassed the conversion rate performance of the in-house marketing team by 15% through improved bidding and creative optimizations.
